"Property overall was nice. I liked how modern it was. We stayed the weekend before Christmas and it was nice because it was far enough to be away from crowds and close enough to just hop on the subway. Only 2 complaints. 1) there’s no bathroom or shower door so make sure u real comfortable with the person ur traveling with. There’s 0 privacy when it comes to using the restroom and shower so beware. 2) our water heater broke in the room so we took cold showers one night. Once we did speak to someone they fixed it immediately so really not a big complaint in this one. Just never happened to me before "

"Really enjoyed how quiet the hotel was but nearby shopping and food. The area felt very safe and the hotel was very clean. Hotel wasn’t fancy but the bed was very comfortable and the room was nice. "

"They upgraded our room to a suite with city views and it was great! The staff was so friendly and helpful. Very clean and bar had tasty food. Would definitely recommend!"

"Our room was clean and comfortable. Small but this is NYC. The front desk held our luggage until we were able to check in. The elevator wait is long but not unbearable. Friendly staff. "

"I liked all the normal staff Few little things not alit of room for 2 people with there luggage where to store everything was no place we left everything on the luggage on the floor All so the water in the sink didn’t this post quickly it stays full for most of the time that you wash your face in the morning, which is disgusting if you have things that you do"
