"Great hotel, walk to Universal easy. However the things I didn't like... - price of parking $50 for one night. just wrap that cost into the room rate, and say you have free parking...people would be happier. - Starbucks coffee in lobby hours stink, not open half the time. - have to pay for Wifi...again, wrap that into the room rate. - the lobby area didn't feel "loungey" enough and the bar felt lame. They need to lively it up a bit."

"I have always wanted to stay at this iconic hotel. It's location is perfect walking distance to Beverly Hills and Century City. The rooms are very comfortable. And the service, particularly after I checked in, was fantastic. I got a text asking if everything was to my liking and the one thing I wanted - a hot water kettle - I had within 10 minutes! One small thing - and this is totally subjective - the products they have smell like a mixture of cigarette smoke and something else. The...

"We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Very nice & clean with great staffing. It’s only couple of minutes walk to the venice beach. The only thing I have to say, be aware of parking fees. They don’t tell you in advance. After 3 days stay, I was surprised with over $300 parking fees!"

"This was a great place to stay for going to universal studios. Kudos to the transportation driver who shared how to walk to universal…. It’s actually much shorter than we thought but having directions (maybe printed) would be very helpful! without his guidance we wouldn’t have ditched the line for the ride back. Joshua is very friendly and professional, we observed him help many guests, keep him around. Thankful to the housekeeping for leaving us extra coffee when we asked. Also the TP is in an awkward spot so we just set a roll on the counter. but that’s truly nit picking because everything was pretty great. We were told the pool is heated but even in the 80 degree weather in the middle of the day, it was too cold for us to swim in. The hot tub tho thankfully helped thaw after attempting to jump in. This was a great trip overall, thank you! "
