I didn't like the room I was given, I had a view of the valet and no option was given, preference wasn't asked and no information about the gym, pool hours, dining or breakfast was provided. I had issues with wifi and had no silverware, although the response was there i was brough plastic utensils, I had to cut my fruit with a plastic knife provided. The valet staff were great they had my car ready in minutes and were very friendly and polite. My rating is for the reception staff and does not include the valet or housekeeping.

The beds, bathroom and view to the marina were excellent. The bike rental option was great and allowed us to bike over to Venice Beach and Santa Monica pier. A few things could have been better: the tv didn't work and needed a technician to come and repair it. The fridge broke as well ruining all the snacks we had bought for New Year's Eve. One of the elevators didn't work, and the pool area ran out of towels consistently.

Beautiful property amazing staff but here’s the thing I asked for a specific room which was not ready at the time Of checkin 4pm we waited until 4:37 and i was just done waiting so they transferred us to a different room and gave us a late check out Other than that the hotel is amazing clean rooms
