My stay at this hotel was extremely unpleasant, primarily due to poor customer service. Despite calling the front desk twice and even visiting in person, my requests for towels and other necessities went unfulfilled, and my room was never cleaned during my three-day stay.
To make matters worse, we were locked out of our room because the key card system stopped working due to a dead battery. While the staff did provide another room for the night, we were left without access to essential items like our phone chargers, medication, and other personal belongings. It wasn’t until the following day that we were able to access our original room.
When I raised my concerns with the front desk, the staff member assured me that the hotel would cover my parking charges for the rest of my stay (a $30/day fee). However, at checkout, I discovered that the parking charges had not been waived as promised. I requested that the issue be corrected, which it eventually was, but the lack of an apology was striking. The front desk staff simply said, “We covered your parking—have a good day,” without acknowledging the inconvenience I had experienced.
Overall, this was a deeply disappointing stay, and I regret choosing this hotel. I will not be staying here again in the future.
