"Reasonable price. Good sized room. Heating very basic - either very hot or cold. Thin duvet, comfy bed. Had suite but living area too narrow to watch tv- tv very close to sofa. Lovely breakfast."

"Lovely place full of period detail. Staff excellent, and the spa was a huge bonus, given the price. It's small, but I found it comfortable and not too busy. Bed was great, shower decent, good sized room and general facilities were excellent. Breakfast was great, very tasty. Coffee was good too. "

"Great stay again at Newcastle Sleeperz when we arrived we were informed the the room had just been refurbished but was not ready for us. The management were extremely sorry and offered us free drinks while we waited which wasn’t very long and gave us time to relax. Also supplied us with a free breakfast the next day, very hospitable. The room was in great condition with brand new curtains and extremely clean as always. Large comfortable bed and compact shower area with good air conditioning. Competitive price and right next to the station !! Well recommended "

"Hotel was absolutely amazing and the staff couldn’t do enough for you, our room (26) was perfect, balcony that looked out onto the castle and the music in the drawing room made a perfect castle atmosphere, breakfast was lovely and the staff even do a guided tour of the place with history information and even a video when you get onto the castle roof, would definitely stay again."
