"We arrived at the apartment and as per the instructions got the keys from the safe. When we entered the room it had not been cleaned from the previous guest. We contacted Phil and he said that there was nothing that he could do at this place as the maid hadn't been able to come through to clean. He did relocate us to a new accommodation not far from the place we were meant to stay. It was much appreciated however we had to make do. "The front door is a bit quirky (the instructions were good but I was late and tired and took a moment to remember them). The room was spacious and welcoming if a little too warm. The bed was a bit saggy. There are a number of switches which don't seem to do anything. And the room is so tall that heavy (and REALLY good!) curtains on a pole are very hard to manipulate."
