Great location close to all the sites, the tram line, Haymarket and Waverley Stations but a little bit off the main road if you want some quiet. Great neighborhood with lots dining choices. "Enjoyed our stay, the hotel was lovely, our queen room was perfect for what we needed for an overnight stay and hotel staff friendly and polite. We had breakfast included in our room but unfortunately we didn’t make it (overslept in the comfy bed). Only slight downside was the heat in the room, far too warm. The room was like an oven when we first arrived so turned the heating off for the rest of the stay and opened the window, but it didn’t cool down. Also the bar was closed when we returned...

"The property is in a brilliant location, only 10 min walk from the castle. The hotel is nice, however there are aspects of the decor which are dated and could do with updating. "
