Caro teniendo en cuenta las condiciones. Aunque con Hoteles.com salía mejor. Hemos encontrado una cucaracha en la comida. Se lo comunicamos a la encargada del restaurante y no nos pidieron ni disculpas. Tienes que dejar los bolsos o carteras en la entrada del restaurante. No se puede pasar con ellos. Hubo hasta una pelea en el restaurante. El ambiente no es bueno.

Can't Do Anything Right
I realize that it is Cuba but this place couldn't do anything correct. Since I was in Cuba for a triathlon, they knew I had a bike yet gave me a 4th floor room. Even the bellhop so tried to change this. The hotel wasn't full so realized that most of the rooms aren't usable. Despite being a tropical island they ran out of bottle water for several days. And weren't sure when they were going to get more. I made a scene and made the manager go to the store and buy some for me. The food was barely edible. Worse yet, it was the same things for every meal. Not variety whatsoever. (I ended up eating out because it was so bad.) And, even then, they couldn't do the little things like have serving utensils. Even for a poor country, this hotel was pretty terrible.

En general es bastante malo, dice ser todo incluido pero realmente no hay nada para elegir y lo que ofertan es de muy baja calidad, para beber solo puedes elegir entre cerveza de pipa ( tonel ) o unos pocos tragos preparados sin condiciones y verdaderamente malos respecto a la gastronomía no hay nada mejor que decir, en el tiempo que yo estuve en el bar de la piscina solo había pan con pasta de sardina. La limpieza creo que es el punto más débil a pesar de que la habitación estaba bonita la entregaron con el piso sucio también estaban sucios los cristales de las ventanas y los espejos.

Il frigo bar non cera la casetta di sicurrzza rotta i mobili cadevano a pezzi fuori la porta di ingresso della suite non cera la luce la sera i tombini delle fogne alzati e rotti la marina di Hamughwei e bellissima ma tutto abandonato i fabricati transenati i negozi chiusi
