"The property is awesome, I couldn't imagine staying anywhere else. The views are incredible if you're facing the tower bridge. Everything you need is within walking distance. Make sure you visit the St Katherine Docks, there are so many restaurants on the dock behind the hotel. If you're a runner than you are in heaven don't forget to bring your running shoes the views are breath taking as you run across the tower bridge. The staff is professional and courteous. I didn't do breakfast due to my day starting early breakfast is $22. The hotel has a restaurant attached, Vicinity is the name they had out-side and inside seating options. The food is ok, but there are several options to eat in walking distance. NOTE: if you're going to be there longer than four days get the upgrade and pay for the Tower Bridge view. I definingly recommend this place "

"Leonardo Royal Hotel London City - Tower of London was perfect for our family of 4 Christmas vacation! The location was a quick walk to the Tower of London, Tower Bridge, underground station, as well as the bus stop for city and hop on/off buses. Room was very nice, spacious, and clean. Buffet breakfast was amazing with full English breakfast options, omelette bar, cereals, cheese and cold cuts, bread station, and so much more! The indoor heated swimming pool and steam and sauna rooms were an added bonus! We would definitely stay here again!"

"The ambience of the hotel was warm, comfortable, and inviting. I guess it can be described as slightly modern, but with rustic wooden decor. The bar, coffee shop, and work area downstairs seemed a popular place for people to hang out and/or work on their laptops. We found our room to be spacious. We had two full/queen sized beds with room for a table and a couch that extended along one wall. The bathroom was modern/clean and the water pressure and heat coming from the shower was excellent. The beds were comfortable enough and on the firmer side. We did appreciate the water refill stations located near the elevators. The slight negatives were that the water heater in the room for making coffee did not work. There was really nowhere to place your luggage other than on the floor. We ended up using the ironing board. The noise coming from inside the hotel was minimal, but the noise coming from the street was more significant, especially depending on the type of cars passing by. Overall, we very much enjoyed out stay at One Hundred Shoreditch."
