"Stayed here 6 nights – it was perfect for visiting family/friends in the area. Also has bus at door to train stations, giving easy access to London. All new throughout, quality fittings, spacious, comfortable, stylish, very well equipped kitchen, parking on property behind locked gate, comfy beds, good bathrooms. Convenience store and good take-away food shop across the road. Easy drive to the delights of Kent. We loved it here – it was the perfect resting place after a busy road trip around...

"It was a lovely gated community , safe and serene surrounded by nature . A bit far from train station though if you don’t have a car . Harold wood station is 9 minutes drive where you can catch the Elizabeth Line . The only concern was that a fob should be given to long term guests to get in and out of the main gate , that was a hassle . Otherwise I would highly recommend this stay ."

"Easy check in with very good directions. Property was just as advertised, clean and well equipped with all we needed for my adult family of 8. We cooked breakfast every morning as well as one dinner in and had plenty of dishes etc. Loved the mucho gusto coffee machine. I'm a coffee snob so it was wonderful to have high quality coffee each morning! Beds were comfortable with one exception, the pull down futon is in need of a new frame or mattress. My 24 year old son was not comfortable most...

"This property was wonderful for our family with teens/older kids. The houae is beautiful, comfortable and well appointed. We have plenty of cookware and everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen is fully modernized and opens to a nice garden. One note for those traveling dueinf summer, as with most London homes, there is no air conditioning. The property manager provided fans for each bedroom, which helped improve sleeping comfort. We would happily rent this home again!"

"Hotels.com messed up. Was never allowed to check in because the apartment owner demanded to be paid directly and not by the Hotels.com and that is after paying hotels.com upfront. I just want my money refunded. Period. "
