"A cosy cottage with a ‘home from home’ ambience. Caroline & Mark have thought of everything; a well equipped kitchen, lots of reading material relating to the locale, maps, walks and games. We wished we had booked for a longer stay, but intend to return in order to visit the many places of interest that are close by."

It was a quick drive to many towns and had easy access to unlicensed transport so we could go into London. The property manager was kind and quick to offer assistance whenever we needed anything. "We spent a week at Penn Court Estate, it was the perfect get away for our family holiday this year. The cottages are lovely and well equipped, comfy beds, good living spaces and plenty of bathrooms. The estate is very secure, quite and pretty, the children in our group had a wonderful time running through the trees and playing in the very clean pool. "This property feels like you are house sitting. Everything you expect and more was provided. Having travelled from London where the accommodation varied, this home was a relief to stay in. The only real problem for us was that my spouse is very tall so had to duck when using the stairs."

"Owners very friendly. Ideal for children, Lovely outside areas including Romany caravan, Wendy houses, Tennis Court, 2 BBQ areas, 2 trampolines, zip wire, lots is outside seating, duck pond, chickens etc. Plenty of choice, but some of the equipment has seen better days !"

"Accommodations were very basic. No essentials were provided, soap, shampoo, paper towels, tissues, salt, and pepper. It would be a big plus too have a couple more hooks and shelves in the bathroom to be able to place things. Another chair in the main living area would be helpful. Plan to bring everything with you. The gardens were beautiful and very relaxing. Overall worked for us."
