"The accommodation is ‘comfy’.. There was only 1 large plate and 1 small side plate, no wiping up cloth and only 1 tea bag, however B&M is literally directly opposite and is open till 8pm there’s also a large Asda 10mins walk to your left as you exit the place. Everything within the accommodation is clean well presented & modern. Bed and pillows are comfortable. Check in was simple. Communication with hosts great. Bathroom is incredibly tiny! But again has everything you need. I would visit...

"Leman House was a great little hotel in a central part of London. You get what you pay for in terms of the cost. If you just need a small room and don't want to break the bank, this is definitely your place. The only main drawback was the size of the bathroom which was quite, quite small. But if you don't mind that, then this place will more than tick the box."

"Was a unique experience. No reception. No bar. No Dining Room. No on site parking. Communication was excellent with door code and security keys and mobile number in case of emergencies. The house was very welcoming with a Christmas tree and carols being played and as the house has a "no shoes" policy it would have been more convenient to have a dedicated area for changing footwear rather than the very tiny lobby area. "Fabulous guesthouse attached to a brilliant traditional pub both the room itself and the nightlife in the bar made it a great spot. The Crown was clean, comfortable and we can't speak more highly of hosts as we was made to feel ever so welcome. We will certainly be back!! Just a couple of mins walks from nearest tube station the entire city of London is easily accessible and a such a reasonable rate you will do well to find anywhere better. "

"Perfect friendly welcome from the lovely girl on reception, was transfered from a local crack den called Stifford Clays farm due to double booked so was so relieved to stay in such a nice hotel with friendly pleasant staff, would certainly stay here again"

"Good central location and clean/modern rooms, However it is very hard to find the property as it’s actually a houseshare and the check in procedure isn’t explained when you book the room. Huge deposit taken as well (also not made clear upon booking) that I’m still trying to recover. "
