"This was our first time at this hotel, we truly enjoyed our stay and will be back again soon. The drive up from Seattle was easy to get there in 3 hours. The front desk agent was very friendly and upgraded our room to the East Tower with the most amazing lakefront view. Parking is in the back of the building and is free with your stay at the hotel. The hot spring pools were hot and amazing. My favorite one was the indoor circle hot tub. The minerals really helped heal my skin. I also appreciated the adults only pool away from the kid friendly pools. We ate dinner at the island bar on the main floor of the hotel because the restaurant upstairs was closed that evening. Had the beef burger on the potato bun and it was absolutely delicious! Best burger and fries I’ve had in a long time. Highly recommend this hotel. Overall I am very satisfied with my experience at this hotel. The location of this hotel has safe and walkable streets to nearby shops, restaurants and to the beachfront lake. The hot spring pools alone make this trip worth the stay. Already planning to book my next stay at this hotel. If you want the most amazing view, the cost in the East Tower is worth every penny! "

"Everything was great! my only two suggestions would be putting a lock at the gate the leads down to the Geodome as we had a ton of random people come down on our deck area to look around and take pictures. My only other area for improvement would be the parking. "
