"We were in town for our son's graduation at ETSU. We were 5 min from campus. Close to everything we needed. Location was private and quiet. Check in process was very easy. They even had games for the kids in the apartment. I would definitely stay here again. I felt the price was fair compared to other locations we have stayed at "

"WHAT A LOVELY, AFFORDABLE PLACE to stay. The owners and caretaker are so friendly and acceptable. They treated me like a king. I stayed 5 nights. I will surely return again. "

"It was peaceful, quiet, relaxing. Didn’t really spend much time there, was gone during days and got back each night around 8. When we where there, it was as it was described. The hosts were very accommodating and responded promptly to any questions."

"Happy it was only for 1 night. While the property is beautiful it has some serious AC/Heat issues. The upstairs was miserable and the downstairs cold regardless of how we adjusted the thermostat. The dead mouse at the front door was interesting and not sure how whomever cleaned prior to us didn’t see it. The light outside is on a sensor and went off all night. There are blackout curtains in the room which help. Overall nice for one night but not sure we would have been ok more than that."

"THIS PROPERTY WAS GREAT! Clean, well maintained, stocked with every possibly forgotten toiletry. It was our anniversary, and the host left us very tasty cupcakes and a card. We will go back."
