"We truly enjoyed our stay! They had pretty much everything we needed for our annual Thanksgiving vacation. The kids & adults both enjoyed the family game room in the garage. Other than a slight issue with trying to work the downstairs washer (we just all used the one upstairs) it was the perfect vacation. Great location!! Easy access to some of our favorite spots in Beech mtn & Bannker Elk. We couldnā€™t have asked for a better place to stay & weā€™re already discussing booking for next year."

Calls that were answered said problem was fixed, but upon returning to cabin that was not true. called again and said they would be there in about 35 minutes. 2 and 1/2 hours later called and they told me the maintenance man's truck broke down and they couldn't get to me. Was totally disgusted as this went on for our 3...

"This house was just perfect for my family (with young adult children) to meet up for a summer vacation. The house had everything we needed and was spotless! While there were plenty of things to do in the area, we also enjoyed just hanging out and enjoying the house, cooking meals, playing pool, making smores and enjoying the views and nature! It is an easy drive to Boone and Blowing Rock for dinner. Banner Elk is not far but the roads are a bit scarier at night."

"Property was in a great location and house is nice, but the property was not very clean when we checked in. Dirty dishes in sink, fridge not cleaned out, dishes in the dishwasher. Linens were disgusting, hair on pillows and on sheets. Kind of ruined the whole stay."
