"Great Ryokan, make sure you plan you travel from the station as limited taxis. Buses are regular but full of Gaijin with massive suit cases who are not always respectful of the locals. The Onsen and view of Fuji San is incredible. Food is very high end Japanese so make sure you understand this. Staff are very nice and helpful and speak English but do try and speak Japanese you are in Japan after all. 10/10 "

I didn’t realize that the photo of the hotel with the pool that has sitting area in a circle is not a pool, it is just a water feature/fountain with a hot foot bath on the side. "The stay was super amazing from the get go. The hotel staff being the limelight, from when we entered the hotel till we exited, they were nothing less than fantastic, polite, efficient and courteous. In terms of the property itself, really amazing rooms, you can book your own private onsen, dinner and breakfast are included and they were very adjusting of our dietary restrictions (including vegetarian).
