The experience we had was simply fantastic! The onsens are so nice, the food is amazing and the rooms are beautiful. The staff made sure we had everything we needed, and were so friendly and welcoming. The complimentary bar was great as well. Amazing experience
From the check in to check out the entire experience was wonderful. The staff are so friendly and helpful and the facilities are excellent. The room was very big and traditional, and the private onsen was relaxing and always available (we used it twice). Dinner and breakfast was also very traditional and a fun change from ramen, sushi, etc. The grounds are very well maintained and photogenic. Is definitely worth the trip to stay here and it’s way to find using the bus from Odawara Station.
