"HOTEL GROOVE SHINJUKU is a stylish and modern hotel with some really fun features! The arcade area inside the building is a great spot to hang out, and the robot delivering amenities to the door was such a cute touch. Plus, the high-floor views are absolutely stunning! However, the neighborhood can get quite rowdy at night, so it might not be the best choice for families. Overall, a great stay for those who love a vibrant and tech-savvy experience in Shinjuku!"

"Convenient location "

"Great location. Across the street from Shinagawa Station. Food court and 7-11 downstairs was convenient for family traveling. Shinagawa is also a stop for Bullet train. "

"Third time staying at this hotel and it was great as always! Staff is overall friendly, helpful, and professional. Room was tidy and presentable. Location is next to subway station and near restaurants and convenience stores. Short walk to main Shinjuku hub as well! Staff was also helpful enough to book a taxi to Haneda airport for me. Only recommendation I’d have for the hotel compared to others is it would be nice to have a complimentary water included in the hotel room. But overall, another great stay and I highly recommend!"
