"This is our go-to hotel when we go to Disney! My kids always think we are staying at rich hotel because of the kitchen accomidations right in our room, youngest loves the sleeper couch. One of our favorite things about this hotel is the fantastic breakfast that includes Mickey Mouse waffles! There is shuttle transportation to the parks of you should choose. Thos hotel is always clean and check-in is a breeze. I will continue to stay here instead of on resort since it's half the price and actually includes a Mickey themed breakfast. "

"My family of 4 needed a "base" for activities in Orlando. This hotel served those needs. Maingate gave us a place to rest our heads. We did not use the pool but it seemed ok. We used the mini golf course which was fun but seemed rarely used. Breakfast was better/more than expected. Staff were friendly. It is a VERY dated property and could use some upgrading for sure but the price was fair and we were not expecting the latest, up to date, resort style hotel."

"The report was off the main road so quiet and felt very safe. The pools and property were nice and clean. We stayed in the 400 block on the main level. The furniture is a bit dated compared to other rooms we saw in newer buildings. This should be upgraded. On our last day we had ducks come up to our patio and use it as their personal toilet. We couldn’t sit out there afterwards. Luckily we found happy hour by the club house pool so all was not lost! They allowed us to check in early which was nice. We enjoyed watching fireworks from the Reserve rooftop too! Recommend!"
