This was our first time here, and we absolutely loved it. The breakfast buffet offered different varieties every day and even our picky kid found something he liked. They had an area for mickey pancakes, which was awesome. All kinds of drinks, cereals, hot foods. We had a suite, so our room had a full kitchen. Everything you'd need to start was included - paper towels, gatbage bag, sponge, etc. It was also fully stocked with pots and pans, dishes, and cups. Our room overlooked the pool, which my kids loved. It was a beautiful pool with firepit and outdoor bar. There was hardly anyone ever swimming, which was always great for my kids. My only issue here was that the pool was super warm the first couple days and then the last two days was freezing. That was a bummer for us! This place is super quiet with a target and Walgreens nearby (like a 1 minute drive). Some great restaurant choices nearby too. The hotel had a really, really good menu though, so everyone from our family easily found something they'd eat. The bartender was super laid back and very accommodating, also. We watched many bowl games there! We didn't visit the parks on this visit, but the location is fantastic. You are away from the crowds and chaos, but wtill within minutes of being at them all. We'd stay here again if we were going to the parks. We spent a lot of time at WonderWorks and Icon Park, so that was a bit of a drive. Ten miles took about 30 minutes some days with bumper to bumper traffic.

I had an inconvenience with my booking through a website, but the front desk staff Dylan and Karianne were and have been very helpful and super friendly. Nicole Mendez from Sales was amazing to assist me with my problem with the website so I could fix it. the best experience I have ever had in a hotel the Marriott chain. The hotel is super cute and well maintained, the rooms are large and comfortable.
