"The property is conveniently located and close to downtown area and Falls Park. The common areas of the hotel are quite nice and well kept however there are some maintenance and cleaning issues like mold on the bathroom ceiling and mildew on the wallpaper in the bathroom, paint damage and wear and tear on the furniture. Appreciate that a door key is required to enter the property late at night."

"All in all a very great property tucked away in Southeast Denver. It’s an easy commute from Union station and had plenty of options for food and shopping nearby. Well maintained property and the staff was more than accommodating. "
