"The gentleman at the desk was friendly and helpful. I tried to get ice out of the ice machine but found it was not working. He went right away to check the issue and discovered that it was unplugged. I was later able to get ice. The room was spacious and the bathroom was stocked well and had great counter space. The bed was very comfortable as were the pillows. Nice breakfast choices also. Reasonably priced too. Very clean throughout. "
