Overall it was good, however I had booked this location because of the restaurant. I was highly disappointed when I found out that the restaurant was under construction. This should have been mentioned on the website.

Awesome group of people. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Very comfortable room and bed. Certainly enjoyed the stay after such a long travel.

The shower was either off or scalding hot. The shower leaked onto the floor. Toilet paper was hanging on by one screw. No towel bars. The deadbolt didn’t work. Couldn’t access wifi. Breakfast was pathetic. No tables in breakfast room.

Sheets on both beds had yellow stains. We asked for another set of sheets which then had black marks. We also had to make the bed ourselves. Only good thing is lobby was clean and nice and young lady at desk was friendly. We only stayed because we were storm stayed. Will Never stay again!

For a quick nights stay, it was okay. The floors weren’t vacuumed well, we were given a room without heat (the staff was amazing at getting us a new room), and due to the renovations, breakfast options were very limited.

No security lock inside the rooms. The room phone was a dummy with no cord. When I took issue with a stained sheet and makeup smeared pillowcase and asked for them to be changed, the housekeeping openly and loudly cussed me out (I walked past an open door and overheard the conversation and my room number). There was no emergency plan posted and no “do not disturb” signs to put on my door. I had to go get my keys reset at 9:00 at night because they quit working. There wasn’t enough parking spots for hotel guests. Considering the rough area, I was shocked and appalled by the lack of safety measures and with my encounter with housekeeping, I had zero confidence my room wasn’t going to be gone through while we weren’t there. I was staying for two nights alone with my kids and regretted every moment of it.
