Not an issue, but my teen was hoping to watch some tv in the evening away from the adults. Could have used a later check-out time than 10 AM. This was in a great location, where I felt safe walking my dogs around the midtown neighborhood. "My son and I ran the Rio del Lago 100 miler. My wife, sister, and brother in law were here as crew. The house was very clean, well stocked, and very convenient for all the aid stations along the course. Would definitely stay here again."

"This place was nice and it will played out. It great because you can park your rental car in the driveway instead of try to Park on the street where you have a hard time finding a parking spot. The host tell you up front everything she expects and I love that so you can’t say I didn’t know the inside of the house is so relaxing you don’t want to leave I loved it there hope to come back again"
