"The room was very spacious, clean, and had the feel of a European chalet. The king bed was very comfortable and of the perfect firmness. The spacious, double vanity bathroom was a great time saver in the morning. The parking was very close to the room. It’s within walking distance to casinos and shopping, so we saved paying the excessive parking fees they charged. "The check in process was awkward. You had to use a phone and wait for someone to come on a tv screen. This was frustrating. I also called multiple times about a clogged toilet and no one came. I then found a maintenance person walking around and he came to help me. "

"Everline is such a great and convenient property. The host was great to work with, and though it might appear unfair to deduct a star, Everline bell desk made the trip a lot less enjoyable. Having traveled for almost 12 hours from the Bay Area, that on a bad day takes at most six and we were parked on I-80 for 4 hours, it stung having to also wait for our bags to get to the room for what felt like forever. "We love The Ridge. Have been coming since 1988. Would recommend for families. This particular location was great. The power in the bathroom went out our last day, but it was just the toilet/shower area so it wasn't a big deal to work around it. The both hot tubs in the building were not working and it looked like the out of service sign had been there for a while. So expect to trudge to another building if you want to go in a hot tub. "
