"The check in process was awkward. You had to use a phone and wait for someone to come on a tv screen. This was frustrating. I also called multiple times about a clogged toilet and no one came. I then found a maintenance person walking around and he came to help me. "

We were right in the middle of heavenly village and able to enjoy multiple restaurants, live music, and family activities all without having to load the kids up in a car. The room overlooked the pool which was nice as well. The resort itself really caters to families with multiple family friendly activities planned each day and different fun pool side snacks (popcorn, cotton candy, popsicles etc). "We love The Ridge. Have been coming since 1988. Would recommend for families. This particular location was great. The power in the bathroom went out our last day, but it was just the toilet/shower area so it wasn't a big deal to work around it. The both hot tubs in the building were not working and it looked like the out of service sign had been there for a while. So expect to trudge to another building if you want to go in a hot tub. "

"We had a 2 bedroom lock off unit and it was perfect for our friend and us. The place was clean and furnished nicely. My only negative is the silverware was scarce and there were no wash cloths. "
