I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived at the property. Check-in was quick and staff were friendly. My room had a beautiful view of the wharf. It was spacious, clean and comfortable. I highly recommend checking this hotel out."

"I was happy with the stay other than the strict parking. It’s a shame that la hacienda just lets this tow company pray on people. My friend stopped by briefly and got his car towed which is ridiculous because there is so many free parking spots. I can understand if a car was parked there for more than 24 hours but his car was there for just a couple hours if that. People coming to this hotel are coming here because it’s affordable; they can’t afford to pay the tow yard fees which was almost $500 plus it goes up every hour it’s in the tow yard. Crooks "
