"We went off-season so the dumpsters were locked. This made disposing of trash a little bit tricky but we found one that was unlocked. The place was nice and spacious. But the carpet was old and outdated. It was quiet and an easy drive to the slopes or to town. Beware: the hot tub does not allow anyone under the age of 18 and only has space for six. We stayed with 7 adults, which seemed like a bit bigger group than the bedrooms were intended for, but the living space was spacious, and we enjoyed our time in Tahoe. When we had issues with some of the lights on the smoke detectors, Diana was quick to respond and explained things to us. "

"Upstairs guest bathroom was dirty behind the toilet seat. I think the knobs are for a bidet and the inside crevice is yucky. The dining room table and a couple of the chairs are very wobbly. And the weather striping on the sliding glass door in the master bedroom is coming off. One of us tripped on it. The AC doesn’t appear to work. If it does please include instructions. AC is mentioned in the vrbo description of the unit. "

Additionally, the beds were not 1 king and 1 queen as advertised; they were 1 queen and 1 full. We decided not to attempt to change rooms as the resort was fully booked, and we loved the view. Will continue to come back unless these small issues increase."
