The hosts were prompt to respond and advocated for us to VRBO to get a refund and credit. Our brief vacation (2 nights) was ruined, but I’d stay at this place again in a heartbeat. "

"We went off-season so the dumpsters were locked. This made disposing of trash a little bit tricky but we found one that was unlocked. The place was nice and spacious. But the carpet was old and outdated. It was quiet and an easy drive to the slopes or to town. Beware: the hot tub does not allow anyone under the age of 18 and only has space for six. "Nice place to stay for 3 people. The place is located about 8 minutes drive from Northstar and 8 from the lake. The place was nice but some items neglected. The floor boards were split at few places and cause a trip hazard. Fireplace was not working, but the host provided area heaters. Some of the utensils were pretty basic. Otherwise, if you are looking for a place to sleep, have dinner and go to the sloes-- "

"The property is GREAT! The property managers not so much. No one contacted me with information on how to get into the house, I had to call to get a code and then the code didn't work. Hard NO on checking in early and to extra towels. But the property is great!"
