"Lovely quirky hotel. It is quite basic but the rooms are clean (and have a great view of Mt Fuji!), and the communal lounge is great to hang out in. The staff are lovely and so helpful, the shuttle to and from the station was very helpful! Lots of restaurants within walking distance. "

"The hotel employees were so incredibly nice. The area is walkable distance to bus stops, the lake, shops, convenience stores. I forgot the name of the employee who said he’s from chile but he was awesome!! They spoke English very well and were so helpful throughout our stay with them. I will definitely be booking this same hotel next time I visit Japan!"

"Great view! Was great place to stay while visiting Kawaguchiko to see Mt Fuji. Close to train station and hence to nearby tourist spots. Public bath wasn't hot enough, but still warm and had the mountain view which was nice. Would love to stay again!"

"Honestly the most amazing experience I had while in Japan. The onsen in the room was heavenly and so relaxing to be able to use after walking around the lake. They also have the friendliest and most considerate staff. I highly recommend and will be staying again for my next trip."

"Hotel on Kawaguchiko lake. Staff very helpful and happy to hold luggage before check in and after check out. Cool Japanese style room with two toilets. Provided bottled water and free drinks in the lobby. Onsen was relaxing. Two nights was the right amount of time in this area. "
