But as leaving the next morning, shut door from outside, then without using the key I opened the door, door latch did not work. Fortunately no one tried to come in during the night."

"We stayed at Peach tree one night in February. It was unseasonably cold but the room stayed nice and warm. It was clean and homey. It is close to downtown Fredericksburg. The breakfast is nothing hot but lots of choices. You need to take it back to your room to eat. "
