"We absolutely loved this location! It is close enough to the local town that we could be tourists and far enough away so we could relax! The cabin was the perfect size and had everything we needed! Plus it was so clean and well kept! We will definitely be staying again! "

"A getaway for the two of us, we loved this place and would be glad to come back again. It was quiet, close to Main Street and the cabin was lovely. The real downside was the flies which we couldn't tell where the source was (management said they had someone coming in to spray) but it was otherwise clean and nice. "

"Absolutely perfect! We wanted a family peaceful getaway and we were beyond impressed. The deluxe cabin was so cute with the ladder to the second floor for the kids. The view was beautiful as well. We had a fire pit right outside. Just a few blocks away is the cutest vintage shopping area, must see the 8th Street Market, especially around the holidays."

"Adorable little village setting with cute cottages! We did get moved to a different cottage than we originally booked (due to another guest’s needs) which meant adjusting our sleeping arranges but the couch was comfy so it worked out fine. We would definitely stay here again!"

"You don’t get to stay at old houses nowadays, and , it’s unique experience for our family as we always opt for new things but I appreciate the stay and the effort of the owner to give that old world experience and the restoration! I say wow, they stay true to the period with modern amenities and convenience of course, definitely recommend to experience."

"The Breezy Hills Cabin was very efficient and gave our family of 3 a nice place to relax for the Thanksgiving weekend. Our adult daughter was comfortable on the pull out couch in the living area. After a day out, the cabin provided what was needed for a weekend stay and able to cook a meal as well. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub, watching the deer and star gazing. Without wifi or tv, we unplugged and enjoyed the surroundings and each other."

"This is the only place we will stay on our return visits to Fredericksburg. It was lovely! The owners, Marsha and Steve were so friendly, very attentive, and always around for whatever we needed. It was within walking distance of shops and restaurants (one block off Main). Rooms were spacious and very very quiet. The property has 8 cottages. There was a wet bar in the room with a complimentary mini bar with fridge; coffee, water and soft drinks were complimentary. Free homemade ice cream...

"The hospitality and arrival welcome was very pleasing and sincere. Awesome place and close to surrounding events. Loved feeding the local deer, sun rises and sunsets beautiful. The stars at nite are so bright. Great nature trail and viewing of Mexican bats in the seasonal evenings within 10 minutes. We will be back when in the area."
