"The non functioning ait condtioning in a couple of the upstair bedrooms was disappointing. The air conditioning in the main floor area worked well. Otherwise the facility met our needs. It has a spcious kitchen for meal prepations. The gathering areas were spacious, nicely furnishe, and comfortable. The bunk room had comfortable and large sleeping areas."

"We used VRBO to find a stay in #FrazierPark and get to play in the snow here in SoCal. What a fun stay. The host was so amazing and kind and was available for our every need. The place was clean, cozy and had all ammenities we needed. The backyard was awesome and plenty of space for us to enjoy ourselves. Easy check in and check out and we will definitely be back again. "The cabin is pretty cool if you like rustic (and I do), but it's not ready for VRBO guests. From the outset we ran into problems trying to connect to WiFi, which is particularly important since cell service in this area is severely limited. I was fortunate to have a strong enough signal to contact the property manager, with whom I spent the entire first evening trying to sort out the problem... they eventually gave up and told me they would resolve it the next day. I didn't hear from them...
