"We just needed a place to sleep for the night after a long concert at Bridgestone. The bed was comfortable. The heating actually worked correctly and the water was warm in the shower. We did not eat breakfast, so I can’t comment on that. However, the gem of this hotel is not the comfort, cleanliness, or any amenities they might provide. It is the people. "Attractive and well appointed property in the heart of historic downtown Franklin. Would suggest a courtyard view room if it’s availability as central courtyard is beautifully set up. Concierge staff go out of their way to accommodate every request. Samantha and her colleagues made our stay perfect. They were helpful, cheerful and welcoming. We loved the “whiskey talk” and tasting. And thank you for the complimentary valentine champagne. A great place to stay in this lovely town."

"Beautiful hotel, new and very clean. Good location with easy parking. The room was very clean, smelled good and the beds and pillows were super comfy. Morning breakfast was good, Plenty was offered (pancakes, scrambled eggs, sausage, toast, bagels, oatmeal, fresh fruit, etc.) very nice breakfast spread."
