My 90 year old mom was a patient at Vanderbilt University Hospital and this studio is an easy and safe 1/2 mile walk to the hospital. The bed was very comfortable. The linens and towels were great quality - so many rentals skimp on these items - not here! The kitchen was extremely clean. I cooked breakfast there every morning. There is a Kroger's about .3 of mile away. The kitchen has plenty of pots, pans, kitchen...

It’s ideal for 2 couples. The king bed was very comfortable for us! It was too chilly to use the sun porch but I imagine it will be delightful next time! A couple of minor suggestions are the overhead lighting in the kitchen could be brighter. The light over the sink was the most helpful. And the living space seating...
