"This is a great property. It's a little rural but still close to Franklin. We stayed a week and were wonderfully surprised by the quality and attention to detail. Judy has provided everything you need including fresh eggs from the hen house. It's quiet and has a very comfortable bed. During the storms they even invited us to their home to shelter. "

"This it was a great property to stay at. There was plenty of room and everything that you need. We would definitely stay here again. There was a lot of bird poop on the outside furniture, tables, chairs, grill and windows that we had to clean. Also, their propane tanks were empty for the grill.. Seems like there was a few things left behind from former guest like bags of beans from cornhole game. All in all, it was a good experience.game that were letoys that"

"The first time I stayed here was with my nephew and his wife and it worked very well. This time it was just me and it's a lovely place to yourself! It has everything you could need and a nice big porch to have a morning coffee. I highly recommend!"
