We always take everything but the kitchen sink with us, but we certainly didn’t need to in this case. Over-the-top provisions, including fresh eggs and individual toothbrush kits if you forgot yours. Thanks to these hosts who obviously care about their property and their guests."

"My wife and I and our dog stayed here while visiting our son who is in college in Nashville. Very clean and enjoyed having bedroom separate from living room/kitchen. Only hiccup was during check in when original door code didn't work and no response to my message. I called after 10 minutes and they quickly reset the code."

"I stayed here 12 nights last month & then 2 nights when my mom was released from Vanderbilt Stallworth Rehab Hospital which is in walking distance from the studio. My husband was with me this visit & 2 people can comfortably coexist in the space. Alece the host left me a handwritten note welcoming me back & hoping my mom was doing well. Studio was super clean & the location is super for walking to restaurants, shops , Kroger’s & a liquor store. I couldn’t recommend this lovely studio enough....

"This was my wife and I's first time in Nashville, and this rental was a great home base. The location was convenient for everything that we planned to see during our short visit. It was clean and comfortable. The staircase was a tad steep for our black lab, but she eventually conquered them. We would definitely consider rebooking if we're in the area again. Host was very nice and attentive."

"Got to stay at this peaceful, beautifully appointed, great location spot for 4 days. Rob was such a great communicator leading up to the trip and the pictures were so accurate that I knew exactly what to expect. I was on a high stress work trip and it was really nice to come home to such a peaceful environment, good coffee, comfortable bed, nice sheets, fluffy towels , accessible kitchen and Music City decor. "Newly remodeled and priced reasonably, this place worked well for our family of three. In a desirable location, it faces a variety of retail, grocery, and restaurant establishments, yet it sits well off the hub of activity, separated by a creek and large yard. We enjoyed sitting on our private deck on a lovely spring day. The suite is a walk-out basement, but the upstairs folks were rarely heard. We appreciated the owners' care and communication during some rough weather."
