The hotel is situated at the edge of the Lanes, lots of good restaurants nearby, it is on the sea front so lovely walks along the Promenade. The pier is just over the road. The swimming pool is small. Breakfast is really good - complete with someone cooking fresh pancakes and omelettes. "
