"The report was off the main road so quiet and felt very safe. The pools and property were nice and clean. We stayed in the 400 block on the main level. The furniture is a bit dated compared to other rooms we saw in newer buildings. This should be upgraded. On our last day we had ducks come up to our patio and use it as their personal toilet. We couldn’t sit out there afterwards. Luckily we found happy hour by the club house pool so all was not lost! They allowed us to check in early which was nice. We enjoyed watching fireworks from the Reserve rooftop too! Recommend!"

"We loved how there wew several pools at this resort. We tried several times to use hot tub but others were just hanging out in on phones so we finally gave up...not sure how that can be fixed?? Maybe no person under 21?? The resort overall was a 10 and pkan to return!"

"Nice, clean, renovated rooms with laminate flooring. Staff was friendly & accommodating, lots of amenities (3 pools, heated), surrey bikes, peddles boats, tennis/pickleball courts, etc. Quick service when requesting supplies for the room. We stayed for 5 weeks, would definitely recommend! "
