"The bathroom was really dirty. The lamp did work between the beds, unable to charge phones. The frig did not work. The curtains did not close all the way, we had to pin it. The bed was hard and the pillows are too small. The toilets are to low for elderly people. The coffee make leaks the water out before it makes your coffee, at any level of water."

"It was okay but mold was very visible in the shower area. I didn't have a complete towel set. The furniture has visible wear & tea. Also, the tv options weren't good, they need to update service provider. Breakfast & the pool were the best part "

"When we got there half the property it was shut down. When we got into our room there was blood and pee stains on both beds. There was hair all in the bathroom and stains. And something red I don't know all over the rug. Then we go into another room that was available and the same thing was going on. Then later on we just went to another hotel and they still charged me for being there. I had to go through hoops to get my money back."
