"I thought the hotel was perfect, from check-in to check-out. The only thing that concerned me was the lack of life guards on duty around the pools. My friends and I were lucky enough to have stayed in the River Island section of the hotel. We had walking distance access to the pool and lazy river, which were fabulous. However, what I did not understand was the amount of groups standing in the lazy river playing football? They would be throwing the football over adults, children, and babies. One ball hit me in the face, it hurt, imagine if that had been a baby. I was surprised this was allowed to happen, and the lack of life guards monitoring who should have stopped this. I would suggest the hotel address this issue before an accident occurs."

"This place was excellent and surprisingly reasonably priced. The room was very nice and spacious, and came with pretty much everything you would need. This was my first time in that area, and I absolutely loved it. So many restaurants and shops to go to. I will definitely be returning soon"
