The rooms were clean and relatively quiet, the communal areas were nice and clean. The only thing that put me off was that dog mess was scattered around the grass area. Dedicated rooms should be allocated for owners with dogs.

I just can't say enough of how much my husband, and I love this place!!! We been coming here for over a year was every other week and now monthly due to him getting treatments at the hospital in Orlando. Our room is always sooooo clean and the people are just welcoming to us! We really appreciate our little home away from home. Thank You All at Woodspring's Suites Davenport Florida :-)

Extended Stay No kitchen stuff Bath Towels were hand towel size and very thin Made us pay $2 each for extra towels because it wasn’t 48 hours in between No coffee maker No hair dryer … one almost burned me from front desk and had to get another People hanging in hallways at desk felt uncomfortable

I didnt like anything about this property. The hallways and room smelled bad. The elevator smelled and had a torn up rug. The room was infeated with roaches everwhere. I told the girl at front desk about the roaches and she didn't look surprised. All she said was didnt have another room available. So i asked for a refund and left.
