"The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The location was close to transportation and many places to eat. The rooms were a bit dated. The air conditioner did not work. The bedding could also use an upgrade. However, despite the issues I would stay at the Fitzpatrick again."

"Staff was great, easy access to everything. Walkable to Central Park, time square, Rockefeller center etc. however my bed wasn’t the cleanest…. Not sure if they changed the sheets or the washer couldn’t remove certain stains . No room service, restaurant on premises only has breakfast buffet not a menu. But central station has some options and there’s a small store in the hotel. Overall would stay here again as staff is friendly and helpful. "

Mixed bag

"The checkin went smoothly, the room was small but clean. The bed was comfortable. The air conditioning was lackluster, we were hot all night. The shower water was tepid. One of the bedside lights was broken and fell out of its housing. But great location, decent price, quiet. Nice staff. "
