"We stayed here as we had a gig to go to at Leas Cliff Hall. The staff were really friendly and helped us out whenever we needed something extra for the room. We had a very warm welcome and the staff maintained this throughout our stay. Highly recommended and will definitely stay again if we are in the are!"

"A couple of Christmas functions going on the night we stayed so naturally bar service was a little slow. I think the staff may be a little tired as well as it wasn’t quite up to its usual standards but still overall a comfortable stay. We will go back. "

"Stayedfor one night before using the shuttle. Clean and comfortable room. Warm and quiet. A nice breakfast and fantastic location as 10 mins from Shuttle entrance. Plenty of parking and near a petrol station if needed."

"Just right for my needs. Good location for access to town plus free parking. Unfortunately I did have noisy people in adjoining rooms who played loud music and the room the other side had tv on loud but that’s the lack of concern for others that’s all too common now and not the fault of the guest house. Breakfast was good and staff polite and helpful."

Hosts extremely accommodating and friendly. 1 minute from Tesco supermarket that offers meal deal sandwich, chips and drink value lunch! Charming small town with picturesque English gardens. Great pier with pop up shops, beachside carousel and lighthouse. "
