"We had a wonderful stay at Marco’s home. He and his daughter helped us arrange a chef to come on our last night since it was pouring rain and we didn’t rent a car. Very close Uber to downtown La Fortunas restaurants and shopping. Tours picked up from the house. Even had a visit from howler monkeys in the backyard on two mornings. Would recommend to anyone wanting plenty of space and a lovely environment. "

"The house was very nice. Not over the top fancy but comfortable. Plenty of beds and bathrooms for large groups. "Our large family had a great stay at this property! The grounds were beautiful and the view of the volcano when it wasn't covered with clouds was beautiful. The kids had a great time at the rope swing which was only a 5 minute walk from our place! The concierge service was very helpful with planning activities and getting us places. "This is a pretty little spot close to downtown, attractions, and with a view of the volcano. Birds, were singing and active. Two lizards and a row of leaf cutter ants greated us each day. Pool was a great way to end our days. We had a couple criticisms to share. Two rooms had an outside light that shown through the shear curtains. Sitting room could use a love seat. We felt cramped during a long rain storm watching a movie. We had a great time and would definitely reccomend."

Location felt safe... location is at the end of a street off them main road, bordered by a cow farm and the river in front. Home was printing and beautiful. Pool wonderful. "We loved the house. Two adults three boys age 10,9,9. The pool was refreshing house was perfect. Very convenient. About 10-15 min to la fortuna. The management company was very helpful and Mario went above and beyond. Recommendations for activities were perfect. "We had so much fun here, and it was a wonderful place to come and relax after a day of activities. Very unique cabin, with porch right on the pond. Friendly ducks, dogs, and it was great hearing all of the different bird calls. Very close to restaurants and things, but felt remite and private. Comfortable bed. Only complaint was the small bathroom without much room to put things."
