"We had a rough start with communication and getting into the property when we arrived late. I was told I would get the check-in details at 2:45 pm. That did NOT happen. I drive for 4 hours and then had to wait and contact via What’sApp, which was never specified in earlier communication with the property manager/owner. "The villa was beautiful and spacious! Only one thing the hot water wasn't working and maybe they can add a safety bar for when stepping up or out of the tub/shower because it's a high step. The host was wonderful and went out of her way to make us feel like home."
