"We absolutely loved our stay at this home. The location was perfect- it is far, yet close enough, to the hustle and bustle of La Fortuna. The neighborhood was quiet and homey. Plenty of restaurants and markets within walking distance, so many days we didn’t even leave! We absolutely loved the pool. It was so refreshing and we spent HOURS in it a day. We loved just walking around the neighborhood petting dogs, cats, feeding horses, catching fireflies and talking to locals. We were so sad to leave...

"We had a great experience at this property! It’s nestled in the lush country. I was impressed with how clean the property was, and the groundsman kept the outdoors in great shape. He even showed us a sloth on property.My son left an important item, and the owner coordinated a driver to drive it 3 hours to Tamarindo.Communication and check in was easy. "Great rustic house in La Fortuna. Pool was great! And the air conditioning cooled down the place quick. House is located in a neighborhood away from downtown but it was easy enough to take an Uber. Communication with the manager was easy and they got supplies over to me quickly. Mary’s bbq down the street was an easy walk, and there are some little stores. This house was perfect for our group of 14 over the Easter holiday. Thank you again!!"

"We stayed here in 2019 as well. Incredible views of Lake Arenal, volcano and jungle with howler monkeys and beautiful birds. We love the Eagle's Nest for a morning coffee and just to enjoy the view. 30 minutes from La Fortuna and 5 minutes from 3 nice restaurants and markets. Will go back again in the future. "

"Property was clean and beautiful. We loved the outside space. Our hosts, Carole and Ademar were very responsive and friendly! Ademar gave us a wonderful tour of the property and cooked us a superb dinner one night! We saw lots of howler Monkeys and birds, even a Toucan….the resident sloth and her baby played shy. I would highly recommend this property if you want to stay in this area. We stayed 3 nights and I wish we stayed at least 4! There is so much to do in the area!"

"The owner was very responsive and helpful. He gave us advice on restaurants things to do in the area and how to get places. Everything he recommended was the best and spot on. It was a very authentic and comfortable house with everything you’d need. There were 3 twin beds, one queen and a couch that made to a twin so plenty of room for 6.
