"The service at the hotel was amazing. Thank you. The breakfast buffet was a wonderful touch given the holiday season and activities that I was a part of. Maintenance was called one time to assist with plumbing, buy the service was immediate and professional. The onsite valet price at $100 per day was my only disappointment. I would have been fine with 1 day (Dec 31st) at that price, but not multiple days. Additional days should have been no more than $50 per day. One menu on the hotel...

"Great Stay for Families! We had a wonderful stay! The indoor water park was so much fun for the kids. While the hotel isn’t the newest, everything was clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and welcoming—especially at the front desk, where everyone greeted us with a smile during check-in and check-out. "We had a falls view room and it was nice to have the view right outside of the window. Parking is in front of the hotel which is convenient. The mist of the falls are blown over the hotel often and in winter time can make every thing kind of icy including the parked cars."

"My stay at the Sheraton Niagara Falls was absolutely fantastic! I initially had some concerns about the area, but they were completely unfounded. The property was impeccably clean, and the staff provided exceptional service, making everything easy and stress-free. The location was incredibly convenient – just a quick, safe 2-minute walk to the casino across the street. I felt secure throughout my stay, and the walkability of the area added to the overall experience. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Niagara Falls!"
