"Hotel was clean, staff were friendly and helpful. Facilities seemed a little tired and ready for renovation. Short drive but long walk (1.5 miles) into town for restaurants ( breakfast, dinner, etc). Hotel is located close to volcanic springs so location is particularly smelly (sulphur fumes etc). Could be viewed as adding to charm/adventure or being a detraction, depending on personal taste. "
