"There’s a laundry room which was very helpful. Bring coins for the machine. Properly is close to many local businesses. If visiting this town for the first time, know it’s a sulfur smelling town."

"What a great stay just outside the hussle and bustle of Rotorua ... but easily walkable. The room was spacious and very well appointed. The bath (jacuzzi style) was huge and if we were less able 'may' have been an issue to get in and out of. Great room, great location and great staff - a definite 'would return here' from us both."

"Dirtiest motel we have ever stayed in. Sheets on one bed hadn’t been changed & were disgusting!! Then the roof started leaking!! Staff terrible & didn’t care. Bathroom so dirty & rubbish & other people’s clothes under beds & in cupboards!!! Don’t recommend at all!!!!"
